This corner unit, direct oceanfront, condo is located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, known as Shore Drive. The complex is directly on the ocean. You will savor being within walking distance to multiple eateries. Just a short drive away, you will find multiple attractions and golf courses that the Grandiose Strand has to offer.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Entry: **NO ELEVATOR - 2nd floor condo with stairs**. Self check-in with keypad.



Parking: 1 parking pass supplied. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Kitchen: Freshly refreshed floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Sleeper couch. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: Queen bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Pool: There is a complex pool.



Other: Beach cooler, chairs and toys supplied.



Laundry: On-site shared laundry available.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. We only provide bath towels (no beach towels) and washcloths. We also do not provide additional towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility available on site.



Supplies: Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included, but the guest will be responsible for anything not supplied or any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

1 parking spot. Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The ideal central location! The unit is centrally located on the trendy Shore Drive.

Guests will have 1 (ONE) parking pass and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No family pets. By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Max guest count is 6.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Monday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
