This corner unit, direct oceanfront, condo is located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, known as Shore Drive. The complex is directly on the ocean. You will appreciate being within walking distance to multiple eateries. Just a short drive away, you will find numerous attractions and golf courses that the Grandiose Strand has to offer.

The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Entry: **NO ELEVATOR - 2nd floor condo with stairs**. Self check-in with keypad.



Parking: 1 parking pass included. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Kitchen: Freshly refreshed floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Sleeper couch. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: Queen bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Pool: There is a complex pool.



Other: Beach cooler, chairs and toys supplied.



Laundry: On-site shared laundry available.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. We only provide bath towels (no beach towels) and washcloths. We also do not provide additional towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility available on site.



Supplies: Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied, but the guest will be responsible for anything not supplied or any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

1 parking spot. Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The ideal central location! The unit is centrally located on the fashionable Shore Drive.

Guests will have 1 (ONE) parking pass and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Monday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
