Top Floor middle extended unit right over the Pier on the Intercostal Waterway. See water from every window including a Private Master Balcony entrance.

No elevators, 2 flights of stairs on either side near entrance. Stair cases are carpeted, wide & have numerous landings to make them very friendly for all guests. They are nice, open & with welcoming palm trees. Never feel the need to rush, remember-no hordes. We adore our stairs.

Working Remotely, you will find numerous places to set up. Most trendy is on the balcony or setting up in front of one of the 2 sliding glass doors for the handsome view. Several tabled options available.

Condo is Equipped w/all amenities from home
We may have more new pots & pans than you do. Even have an electric griddle to make ease of cooking & many necessities. Ask if you are missing something, we’ll see what we have.

We’ve supplied beach/pool towels, body boards, beach chairs, grilling silverware & additional enormous grocery bags to make shopping a breeze when unloading the car. Get it all in 1 trip
