Appreciate private walks on our sidewalk path along the gorgeous waterway, listen to the water, the sweet birds & just appreciate the nature. No sand to contend with or unsteady ground. Several places around the property to have a seat and take it all in. Insane vistas from everywhere in the unit.

Top Floor middle extended unit right over the Pier on the Intercostal Waterway. See water from every window including a Private Master Balcony entrance.

Location couldn’t get any better. 4mi to Downtown Myrtle Beach, Tanger Outlet, Shopping, Dining and entertainment just moments away. Literally around the corner, over the little bridge and you are there.
Super close to Cal Ripken Field and Convention Center.

No elevators, 2 flights of stairs on either side near entrance. Stair cases are carpeted, wide & have multiple landings to make them very friendly for all guests. They are nice, open & with welcoming palm trees. Never feel the need to rush, remember-no hordes. We adore our stairs.

Working Remotely, you will find numerous places to set up. Most fashionable is on the balcony or setting up in front of one of the 2 sliding glass doors for the handsome view. Several tabled options available.

Condo is Equipped w/all conveniences from home
We may have more new pots & pans than you do. Even have an electric griddle to make ease of cooking & many necessities. Ask if you are missing something, we’ll see what we have.
