The Space:

Wake up to beautiful oceanfront vistas in this handsome Myrtle Beach condo, ideally positioned just steps from the sand. Appreciate your morning coffee on the private balcony while listening to the waves roll in. With direct beach access and all the amenities of home, this is the ideal coastal hideaway for your next vacation.



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Simple access private parking. 2 Parking passes will be left out for you and will be limited to two cars. The HOA does not allow guests to have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building for you to use. Self check-in with keypad access code. (The HOA is responsible for the elevator and no refund will be given if it is out of order)

Kitchen: Stocked!



Family room: Sensational ocean vistas from the family room.



Bedroom 1: Standing private balcony and ocean vistas from the master bedroom!

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.



Bathroom: 2 Located in hallway off of the family room.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed with attached half-bathroom.



Half-Bathroom: Located in guest bedroom 3.



Balcony: Handsome unobstructed oceanfront view. Balcony is screened in.



Pool: Complex pool is oceanfront and open year round!



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use. Beach towels not supplied.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free personal washer/dryer. The washer/dryer are in the storage room that is located at the condo entrance in the screened in area.



Deck Area: lounge chairs and tables supplied for complex use. Grilling area for guests right off of deck.



Guest Access:

Savor access to the entire condo (~1250 square feet) to yourself! The complex has a shared pool, oceanfront pool deck, and grilling area.



The Neighborhood:

The ideal central location! The unit is centrally located on the fashionable Shore Drive.

You can walk to local eateries, bars, and the Apache Pier. You also have painless-access parking and can drive to local attractions within 10-15 mins. or conveniently catch an Uber/Lyft.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.
