Bedroom: King bed, two nightstands with lamps, sizable dresser, floor length mirror, ceiling fan, and 42" intelligent TV with streaming services and cable. Larger guest closet (smaller closet is reatined for owner storage).


Kitchen: Everything you need to prepare a full meal. Fridge, full size stove, microwave with vent, full size peaceful dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, hand mixer, blender, casserole dish, storage containers and a enormous variety of silverware. Plates, cups, and silverware. Kitchen has peninsula bar with two stools.


Bathroom: Tiled tub/Shower combo with glass doors, mirror with anti fog function, ceiling vent with colored lighting and bluetooth speaker, hair dryer, towels, wash cloths. Please note: the bathroom counter is a unique piece of art and can not withstand heat. A hot pad is included when using curling irons, flat irons, or other hot tools.


Living Room: Queen leather sleeper couch, arm chair, granite side tables and coffee table, floor lamp, console storage cabinet, 50" intelligent TV with stream services and cable.


Balcony: Two bar height adirondack chairs and table overlooking the pool and beach. Three basic beach chairs available for guest use.


Resort: Multiple pools and hot tubs, fire pit, game room, exercise center, laundry room, ice cream shop with coffee bar, restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, poolside tiki bar, outdoor rinse stations. During summer months the resort has multiple activities and DJs by the pool.


Guest access
At check in time you will receive a code to access the unit. Instructions for changing the code to something more memorable will be supplied. When arriving at the Security Gate... Let the guard know you are a guest and have a reservation. As you drive in... continue straight and follow directions to the North Tower... no need to stop at the front desk... proceed up the parking deck (TIP: your best parking will be found at the upper decks!) When you have parked, make your way to the nearest elevator and up to the 7th floor. You will find your parking passes on the kitchen counter inside your room. Be sure to keep these in your car throughout your entire stay with us. You will also find your pool bands- these give you full access to ALL resort pools.


PLEASE NOTE:
-This unit is not suitable for young kids.
-Family Animals not allowed due to HOA restrictions.
-NO drug use allowed. Drug use of any kind will result in immediate expulsion and retention of all costs.
-NO smoking in unit or on balcony. The resort does have a designated smoking area on the ground floor.
-The internet connection at SeaWatch isn't awesome. Forget your phone and savor the ocean :)
-SeaWatch has a ton of cable channels but you must scroll to view them.
-As of May 2023, the North Tower's lazy river and covered pool are closed due to repair from the hurricane. There are still five pools, a lazy river at the South Tower and 10 hot tubs available for guest use.
-In the off season many owners will be renovating their units so you may hear construction 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday.
