Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom:

Cozy up in the king-sized bed with a plush duvet, cable TV, dresser, and full closet. Two beach chairs are stored here for guest use. Linens and additional pillows are also supplied.

Living Room:

The open-concept main area includes a queen sleeper couch, electric fireplace, and sizable intelligent TV. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine while watching the waves roll in—right from the couch!



Balcony (Our FAVORITE Spot!)

Step onto your oceanfront balcony and soak in sweeping vistas of the Atlantic. Two chairs provide the ideal spot for sunrise moments, dolphin watching, or stargazing at nighttime. During the winter months, whales have even been spotted offshore!



Kitchen (Second Favorite!):

Whether you’re here for a weekend or a month, the kitchen is supplied for real cooking:

- Fridge, freezer, range, dishwasher & microwave

- Drip coffee maker (filters included) + Keurig

- Toaster, pots, pans, and plenty of dishes

- Peninsula with bar stools for casual dining

- We also provide a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and sponges.



Bathroom:

Recently modernized and shining clean, the bathroom features a roomy walk-in shower, enormous vanity, and modern fixtures. We supply towels, hand soap, bar soap, shampoo, and a starter set of toilet tissue. A hair dryer is also included.

Parking:

Guests may park in the parking garage located directly across the street from the resort. The height clearance of the garage is 6'11". There are a few parking spaces for upsized cars, but we cannot guarantee availability. The city of Myrtle Beach has a lot of metered spaces close by. Resort policy accepts for one parking space per condo. Motorcycles are allowed to park in the parking garage; however, trailers and golf carts are not.



Resort Location:

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great eateries & bars, Starbucks, ice cream stores, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 min. walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport, numerous golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls.

As a host, I take great pride in maintaining the properties I own and manage. I deeply value the time and investment guests make to savor a well-deserved hideaway, and while I can’t promise perfection, I always strive for it. We have other units available for rent in this resort, ideal for families or friends traveling together who want to stay close but enjoy their own space.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire condo (owner's closet excluded) and balcony, all resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, lawn, sundeck), elevators, and laundry facilities. Entry is keyless via a private 4-digit code shared before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

So much to do (and eat!) within walking distance of this condo! The Convention Center is less than a half mile away. Starbucks, SOHO, bagel stores, Tin Roof, Lu Lu's, Harry's, Donald's, Sea Captain's House - all within a few short blocks - eat your heart out!



Getting Around:

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great eateries & bars, Starbucks, ice cream stores, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 min. walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 min. drive from the airport, multiple golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls. There are numerous Uber and Lyft drivers in Myrtle Beach. Most attractions are just a short walk away, so you can conveniently discover the area without needing a rental car—ideal for guests who appreciate to take in the sights on foot!



Other Things to Note:

While there’s no washer or dryer in the condo, the resort offers a convenient pay-per-use laundromat next to the indoor pool. Machines accept coins or app payments.



The City of Myrtle Beach is currently completing a stormwater improvement project designed to better filter and reroute runoff away from the beach. The work is taking place in front of the neighboring resort (not on Meridian Plaza property) and is expected to continue into early 2026.



While this is a positive, long-term improvement for Myrtle Beach, guests may occasionally notice daytime construction activity or noise, primarily on weekdays. That said, guests have not reported this as disruptive, which you’ll see reflected in our reviews.
