We provide starter supplies only, including basic toiletries and paper products. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by guests during their stay.
Primary renter must be 25 years old or older.
For safety and HOA compliance, please do not sit or climb on balcony railings and do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on the balcony, as this may result in HOA violations and fines.

NOTE: The building has 3 floors. The condo is located on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators in the building.
