Important Waterpark Access Information:
This condo is privately managed and is not part of the Sand Dunes Resort rental program. Because of this, guests do not have access to the Sands Resorts Waterpark, including the sizable waterslides, splash bucket area, or Family FunZone. The resort does not currently offer day passes for privately managed/third-event rental guests.

Please keep this distinction in mind when booking, as waterpark access is separate from the standard pools and amenities included with your stay.

HOME RULES:
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
No events or events allowed.
Please respect the max. occupancy limit of 6 guests. Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and HOA community rules.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
No trailers, watercraft, motorbikes, buses, or motor homes are allowed anywhere on the property.
We provide starter supplies only, including basic toiletries and paper products. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by guests during their stay.
Primary renter must be 25 years old or older.
For safety and HOA compliance, please do not sit or climb on balcony railings and do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on the balcony, as this may result in HOA violations and fines.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1000 returnable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-returnable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
