This is a newly modernized 1BR/1BA condo designed from the ground up to feel warm, comfortable, and genuinely calming. We refreshed this space before we ever listed it, because we wanted it to feel like somewhere we'd adore to stay — not just another rental. We think you'll feel the difference.
Inside the Condo
The bedroom features a brand-new King bed centered around a constructed-in electric fireplace and intelligent TV — warm, charming, and constructed for real rest. Every light in the unit is on a dimmer switch so you can set exactly the right mood, whether that's bright and energized or soft and casual. Blackout curtains ensure deep sleep after long beach days and late Myrtle Beach nights.
The living area has its own constructed-in electric fireplace and intelligent TV, a new super-cozy couch, and a sleek dining table and chairs that fit the space ideally. The Murphy bed features a new quality bed and a newly recovered headboard — comfortable, updated, and ideal for families with young kids or two couples traveling together.
Wind down at the wine and drink station for simple evenings in, or start your morning at the full coffee station with auto-drip and Keurig, drip coffee and decaf included, starter K-Cups, filters, assorted teas, and cocoa. Power stations throughout the unit keep phones and tablets charged without hunting for outlets.
