* Safety: The condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit for your safety.

* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added tranquility of mind for your stay.

* Parking Limitations: No motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
**Recreational Vehicles**
Per Resort Policy No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV`s allowed on the premises.

**Rental Agreement & Damage Protection**
A standard rental agreement is required after booking is consented to via payments of a $35 non-returnable damage waiver which covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage and gives you peace of mind.
