Coded smartlock self check-in lets you arrive without stopping at the front desk. Your stay includes two complimentary parking passes for the garage across the street; motorbikes are allowed with a pass, and please let us know if you have a very enormous car so we can help plan parking. You’ll have access to the entire seventh-floor condo, both private balconies, and Patricia Grand Resort amenities, including pools, the lazy river, hot tubs, exercise room, and direct beach access. The modest locked owner’s closet is not accessible, and some resort amenities may be seasonal or limited by the HOA.

→ Up to two dogs can book without prior approval if they meet the weight and breed rules: each dog must be 40 lb or less from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or 55 lb or less the rest of the year. There’s no additional pet fee.
→ Resort HOA rules exclude these breeds and mixes: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and wolf hybrids.
→ If your dog exceeds the weight limits or you’re bringing more than two dogs, please message us before booking to discuss options.
→ Please bring home-trained dogs, keep them leashed in shared areas, and pick up after them. Bowls, a bed, shampoo, an optional crate, and furnishings-protection sheets are included.
→ Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:30 AM.
→ Coded intelligent-lock self check-in lets you go straight to the condo. Contact us if anything doesn’t go smoothly when you arrive.
→ Two complimentary parking passes are included for the garage across the street. Motorcycles are allowed with a pass; let us know ahead of time if you have a very huge car so we can help plan.
→ Coastal humidity can be noticeable. Message us if you’d like help adjusting the comfort settings.
→ Some resort amenities are seasonal or subject to HOA limits. We’ll share updates if we know of any changes before or during your stay.
→ A modest, locked owner’s closet is on-site; please leave it undisturbed.
→ If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, refunds apply to unused nights only. For tranquility of mind during hurricane season, June through November, we recommend travel insurance.
→ There’s no washer or dryer in the condo, but multiple laundry machines are available in the building.
→ The property is near open water. Please supervise kids and family pets and follow posted safety guidance.
→ A Pack ’n Play, high chair, and kids’s dishes are supplied. The condo is not childproofed, so please supervise young kids closely.
