* Safety: For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms.
* Rental Agreement & Damage Waiver: We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grandiose Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season prices are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

OVER-SIZED PARKING
Vehicles over 6`8` height will have resort parking across the street, but spaces are limited so be sure to arrive early.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out might be accommodated based on availability; please communicate in advance.

Smoking and Vaping:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the property.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Family Animals:
Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed on the premises.

Noise and Disturbances:
Respect other guests and neighbors; please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evenings and early mornings.

Damages and Breakages:
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay.

Cleaning and Tidiness:
Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and leave the property in a tidy condition. A cleaning fee is included in the reservation, but excessive mess or additional cleaning required may incur an additional fee.

Pool and Recreational Areas:
Follow all posted rules and guidelines when using common areas, including the pool, gym, or any other recreational facilities.
Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times in these areas.

Security and Keys:
Keep the property secure at all times and ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving.

Parking:
Follow the parking guidelines supplied by the host or building management. A garage gate code will be sent just before check-in
