**Safety**
For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit.

**Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver**
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

**Parking Limitations**
No motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out might be accommodated based on availability; please communicate in advance.

Smoking and Vaping:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the property.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Animals:
Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed on the premises.

Noise and Disturbances:
Respect other guests and neighbors; please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evenings and early mornings.

Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times in these areas.

Security and Keys:
Keep the property secure at all times and ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving.

Parking:
