This comfortable ocean view unit on the 11th floor features a private balcony with unobstructed vistas down the southern coastline. Inside, you'll find two Full Beds and a Bathroom, along with convenient amenities like a Compact Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, In-room safe, and Free Wireless Internet Access.

The resort's policies must be adhered to, and any violations will result in penalties. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, a deep cleaning fee of $100, and no refund for the remaining days of the stay.

Please be aware that access to the entrance door and garage is granted via a card key, and it is the responsibility of the guest to return the card key to the unit upon check-out. Failure to return the card key or if it is lost, a fee of $10 per card will be charged.
