• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and the lazy river, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel complimentary to contact us for specific opening dates and availability.
• As a guest, you'll find public beach access ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing.
• Please purchase your own toiletries for the remainder of your stay after the initial supply.

The current parking fee is $10 per day, per car, and is paid directly to the resort upon arrival at the guard gate/check-in shack.
Please be aware that this is a resort policy and parking costs are subject to change. The resort previously charged a flat $20 per stay, but has refreshed the policy to a daily parking fee.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
