Come experience this unique stay in a tiny home! This comfortable, coastal-themed, 1 bedroom/1 bath (with an upstairs loft) bungalow is located on Sandlapper Dr inside of the award-winning Ocean Lakes community.

Living room with leather seating + sizable Intelligent TV + sleeper couch

Well-equipped kitchen: Coffee maker (Keurig & standard), crockpot, blender, ice maker, pots & pans, tableware, glassware, etc. This unit does not have a dishwasher.

Primary bedroom with queen bed + Intelligent TV

Full-size washer/dryer located in the storage building

Loft has a queen-size bed and flat-screen tv

Full bathroom with walk-in shower

Items To Note:

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Vehicles. They do not accept reservations.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per car, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental.

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 1 standard car at this site. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Infant items are available for rent during your stay. Infant gear rental registration will be supplied in your welcome packet.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be supplied in your welcome packet.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a returnable damage deposit.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

House Rules:

Prices and costs are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 6.

No smoking in the home.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
