Site 1620 is a comfortable, newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2 bath beach home located inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground on Snapper drive. This home accommodates up to 7 people and comes with one complimentary golf cart. Must be 21 to drive the golf cart and 25 years of age to rent!

There is a enormous living area with new floor throughout the home. The living room has a new queen sleeper couch. Comes with a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans you need to make a homemade meal (no dishwasher). There is a microwave, can opener, toaster, blender, crock pot, and a deluxe bespoke constructed coffee bar with a full-sized coffee pot and a Keurig. A new stove was bought in 2025.
Intelligent TVs are located in the living room, each bedroom, and on the sizable, covered porch.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and is connected to the master bathroom; the second bedroom has a full-size bed in addition to a twin air bed and is also connected to its own bathroom.

This home is pet-friendly for up to a max of 3 dogs of any size as long as they are a breed on the Ocean Lakes approved list. A non-returnable pet fee applies per pet.
This is a smoke-complimentary home! You may smoke outside on the porch...PLEASE dispose of the butts/ashes appropriately, we have supplied ash trays for your convenience. If you use the ash trays, PLEASE dispose of the cigarette butts in the trash prior to departure.

There is a nice, covered porch with a locking gate good for any toddlers and fur babies., new outdoor ceiling fan, along with ample seating. There is a constructed-in bar to sit and relax at while eating, drinking, watching the outdoor TV, or just calming drinking your morning coffee. For those who appreciate to grille out, a gas grille is included for your convenience.

There are 2 outdoor cameras with audio for your and the homeowner's protection. One camera is located in front of the garage; the other camera is located in the right-hand upper corner of the porch.

***Linens are ONLY supplied with the rental FROM MAY 16, 2026, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 4, 2026. The linen package includes the following: bed sheets and pillowcases for all beds including the queen couch sleeper, bath towels, washcloths, bath hand towels, kitchen hand towels and cloths, cosmetic removal cloths, and bathmats. Pillows, comforters/quilts, and bed pads are supplied. THE LINEN PACKAGE CAN BE PURCHASED IN THE OFF-SEASON UPON REQUEST.
You will need to bring all paper products with you. You will have one roll of toilet tissue for each bathroom to get you started.

**Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day per car to park. It's $12 per day per car if you utilize express check-in. THIS IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL RATE AND IS PAID DIRECTLY TO OCEAN LAKES!

Once full payment is received for the rental, I will enter the authorization for you to stay at the home into Ocean Lakes Portal. They will send you an e-mail requesting info and payment. After you have paid for your parking passes Ocean Lakes will mail them directly to you.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM (NO EARLY CHECK-INS ARE ACCEPTED UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED AHEAD OF TIME!). I will TEXT you when the home is clean and ready with the electronic door code.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 10 AM: THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED DUE TO THE LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME TO CLEAN HOUSES BETWEEN RENTERS. IF YOU CHECK OUT ANY LATER THAN 10 AM EXACTLY SOME OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD!

THE HOME DOES COME WITH ONE COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART (MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO DRIVE). YOU MUST KNOW THE GOLF CART RULES AND REGULATIONS SET FORTH BY OCEAN LAKES AND THE HOMEOWNER AND MUST ABIDE BY THEM AT ALL TIMES. BECAUSE THE CART IS COMPLIMENTARY IF IT WERE TO BREAK DOWN FOR ANY REASON, I WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO GET IT FIXED ASAP, UNFORTUNATELY I AM AT THE MERCY OF THE OCEAN LAKES GOLF CART SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY TO RENT YOU A CART OR KNOCK OFF ANY ON THE RENTAL RATE. I HAVE THE GOLF CARTS SERVICED REGUARLY AND CHECKED PRIOR TO EACH RENTERS ARRIVAL IN HOPES TO PREVENT ANY PROBLEMS.
A NEWER GOLF CART WAS JUST PURCHASED THIS YEAR, 2026, FOR "GANTT'S GETAWAY". THE GOLF CART IS LOCATED IN THE BUILDING WHERE IT IS CHARGED.
