Our family lakefront home overlooks Magnolia Lake, offering vistas from all three decks. The home features four bedrooms with private full baths and an outdoor shower. We have 2 Master suites, one on each floor. The huge lower deck is great for calming in the hammock, watching TV at the bar area, playing cornhole, swinging on one of our three swings, or fishing off your private deck. The huge main deck features seating for 14, complete with a flat-screen TV, high-top tables, and ample space to relax around the propane gas fire pit table. The top deck is a private deck off one of the master suites. It's a 5-min.. Walk to the beach, recreation center, arcade, or water park. Our home has everything you will need for an marvelous vacation.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed. Kurig and regular coffee pots included

A full-size washer and dryer, ironing/ board.

Each bedroom has at least one fan, and each Bathroom has a hairdryer.

A parking pass is required, and the cost is $12.00 per nighttime per car if purchased in advance. $15.00/nighttime if purchased 10 days or less before arrival.

No loud music or misconduct. Quit hours are 11 PM -7 AM. Ocean Lakes is very serious about this, and guests will be required to pay a citation prior to departure, along with a fine of up to $1,000.00.

We offer a linen service, which includes providing towels, washcloths, hand towels, dish towels, sheets, and pillowcases. The beds will be made for you. Upon departure, please strip all linens and place them on the floor of the family room, along with the towels.
