The Space:

Come appreciate our piece of heaven - a striking Ocean Forest Plaza condo located in impressive Myrtle Beach, SC along the Golden Mile. You will enjoy the unobstructed oceanview from your balcony PLUS the resort amenities. Heaven awaits!



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Parking: Private parking garage. **Important parking garage clearances: 6'11" height and 11" wide. There is a side parking area for Suvs/Trucks that are over 16"** You will have 1 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorbikes, trailers, RVs or boats at the resort.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Both types of coffee machines!



Living Area: Plenty of seating. Sleeper Couch. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom: Queen bed and double bed. TV!



Bathroom: Hall & bedroom access! Shower/tub combo.



Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront vistas. Seating!



Beach: Directly across the street! Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Conveniences: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use - machines available. SAME FLOORING- just down the hallway!



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves (aside from locked owners closets) along with resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule).

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc...



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
