Welcome to your oceanfront vacation spot!

You will experience fun and refreshment during your stay in our place, and you will want to come back! We are on the 3rd floor, facing the ocean and beach!!

Our 3rd floor oceanfront condo includes a master bedroom with a king size bed (new in 2025). Open the window for an ocean breeze any time of day. An ocean-view balcony is accessible from the master, so breathe deeply and appreciate the view. Also supplied in the master are a private full bath, plenty of closet space, ceiling fan, and a Intelligent TV.

The guest room includes 2026 updates, including a brand-new queen bed, twin bed, chest of drawers and Intelligent TV. It also has a ceiling fan and full closet. Great for traveling with kids and/or couples. The newly-refreshed guest bath offers a full-sized bath tub and shower. We also have a pack-n-play for modest kids and a portable high chair.

The family room room offers splendid and clean coastal-style furnishings – including a Serta queen sleeper couch, two swivel chairs, family games, and a Intelligent TV. The ocean-view balcony is accessible from the family area as well – a ideal spot for morning coffee, a beverage, or a great book! A high-top table and chairs are supplied on the balcony. Free wireless internet is included.

The kitchen features modern appliances (new in 2025), coffee maker and Ninja blender are available for you. The beach closet off the kitchen stores a few beach essentials you may use: beach chairs, umbrellas, a few beach buckets, body boards, skim boards, a modest cooler, etc.

The condo development has two in-ground outdoor pools.

Charcoal grilles are just outside the pool gate toward the street for your convenience. Picnic tables are supplied as well along with trash cans. (Sorry, no grilling allowed on balcony!)

As much as we adore animals ... your family pets must stay home while you visit our place. After all they need a vacation from you too!

The local beachfront hot-spots, Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar & River City Cafe, are located down the beach just a few steps away from the condo! Walk the beach to get Starbucks in the Embassy Suites. Bicycle and scooter units are available close by, too. The condo is mins. away from many handsome golf courses. Hop in the car and shop at Tanger Outlets, and local gift stores just a couple miles away. Coffee stores, Kroger, Super Walmart, and a variety of striking eateries are close by!
