Perfectly located and effortlessly accessible by foot from the Ocean Annies, a terrific place to appreciate live music by the beach in a great ambiance! Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the Beach are within a short drive from Broadway. A short drive gets you to many of the area's well-known eateries, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions!
