Come relax and have fun at the beach! Very cavernous 2023 ground level home with an open concept kitchen/living room/dining room, three bedroom, two full baths, and a total of 1,920 sq ft of interior space. You can also relax and savor the outdoors in a very huge 12 x 22 screened in porch on the side of the home.

You enter the home through a mud room/laundry. When making your way down the hall, the first door to the left is a bedroom with a king bed that includes a tv and a very roomy closet. The second door off the hallway to the left is a bedroom with two twin beds and a giant closet. The door to the right going down the hallway is a bathroom. The first part contains a sink and generous linen closet and the second part contains a toilet and tub/shower combo. As you make your way further down the hall you will enter the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room area. Kitchen is entirely furnished and has a 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and huge pantry area. Dining room has seating for 6. Living room has 2 sizable couches, 1 stationary chair, 1 leather recliner, gas fireplace, and enormous tv. To the left of the living room is the door to the large screened in porch. Beyond the open area is a closet to the left and master bedroom and bathroom. Master bedroom has a king bed and tv. Master bathroom has a soaker tub, walk in shower, double sinks, and separate toilet area.

Ocean Lakes has amenities for kids young and old. Outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, water slides, lazy river, kid area, arcade, gated entrance, multiple beach access areas, Sandy Mart, golf cart rental, putt putt golf, basketball courts, corn hole, shuffleboard, skate park, playgrounds, etc. There is also a grocery store directly across the street.

Due to allergies in our family, we are a pet complimentary home, no exceptions.

Renters must be 25 or older. $500 security deposit required. Security deposit will be retuned within 14 days after stay if nothing is damaged. Linens supplied (sheets and bath towels).


7 nighttime minimum (Saturday to Saturday) in peak season (May to September). 3 nighttime minimum any other time.
