The Neighborhood:

The unit includes a kitchen/living room and bedroom, accommodating up to six people within roughly 630 square feet. The resort features exceptional amenities, offering gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Savor the oceanfront pool deck, along with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers. Other Things to Note:

This condo is privately owned and not a hotel room, so please treat it with the same care you would your own home.



Your stay comes with linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as STARTER supplies like trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



If you need beach umbrellas and chairs, you can rent them from the lifeguards.



Keep in mind that, as it's not part of the hotel, there won't be daily maid service. If you want daily or bi-weekly maid service or a towel exchange, arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

April 15th: Heaters turned on

June 1st: Heaters turned off

South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15

Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd



Fall/Winter 2025-2026:

October 1: Heaters turn on

December 1: Heaters turn off

Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater

Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10

North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.



All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Waterproofing and carpet installation in the hallways

- Tiki Bar decking replacement - This project is nearing completion and should be finished prior to the Christmas holidays.

-Resurfacing of Pools and Spas – This project is ongoing across the resort during the winter months. However, the indoor pools and spas in both towers are open for your enjoyment.

--Ground floor Elevator walkway floor replacement (April 7th to April 11th). - Elevator access to the ground floor will be suspended by Otis, and no elevators will be stopping on the ground floor during this time frame. Guests and owners seeking access to the pool or beach will need to use the stairs or the parking garage ramps (directional signage will be supplied)

-Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed



Note :They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.
