Effective November 10, 2025 through January 31, 2026, the resort will be conducting waterproofing work on the North Tower Parking Garage. During this time sections of the parking garage may be temporarily closed as work progresses. Guest and owners will be directed to alternate parking areas as needed.

Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round. Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot.

Grocery/discount stores less than 1 mile from resort; car is recommended to entirely appreciate the area.

Property is in the center of "restaurant row" — tons of choices within 1-2 miles.

During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.
