Numerous fashionable Myrtle Beach attractions are close by, as this property is halfway between North Myrtle Beach and Downtown.
This is a NON-SMOKING building, per HOA guidelines. There is no smoking or vaping within the unit, on the balcony or in any of the common areas of the property.

The couch is a enormous sectional. It does not pull out.
Guests will have private access to the entire condo, as well as the amenities offered and managed by Sands Beach Club and close by Sands Ocean Club.
