Its a gated community with security throughout the grounds, an spectacular beach, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a humongous splash pad for little ones, a big lazy river, water slides, basketball courts, mini golf, corn hole, shuffle board, horseshoes, ping-pong, arcade, general store, and the Sandy Meet and Eat!
Renters must purchase parking passes at the gate. Fees are subject to change throughout the year so that fee is not supplied in rental charges. Currently Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 a day for parking.
