The Space:

Your comfort and safety are our highest priorities. Along with a thorough cleaning process carried out by our professional team, we offer a contactless check-in experience. The entryway is open-air, accepting you to bypass enclosed hallways and busy check-in areas for added tranquility of mind.



**Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am**



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: 2nd floor unit. Elevator available. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Entirely outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans, and more!



Family Room: Unwind in the open-concept space while taking in splendid pond vistas!



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two single beds.



Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.



Balcony: Nice seating area to savor the fresh air and pond vistas.



Pools: There are numerous unheated pools around the complex pond that are open year-round.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for anything not supplied or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide additional towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized close by golf courses (additional costs apply).

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking tons, grounds, etc.



**THERE IS A RING DOORBELL AT THE FRONT DOOR**



Feel complimentary to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 4.



Routine pest control happens every 1st Friday of March, June, September & December. The HOA requires the technician be granted entrance to complete the treatment.
