Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE: Pools will be closed on December 24th and 25th.



For upcoming bicycle rallies. NO motorbikes, scooters, trikes, slingshots, or trailers are allowed on property.



The peaceful hours are 10pm – 8am every day. (this includes the rear patios)



Pool bands are required for ANYONE in the pool areas.



House Rules:

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age

No events, events, or excessive noise (noise monitoring and Ring doorbell camera in use)

No smoking inside the unit, on patios, or in common areas

No family pets allowed (a $500 fee applies for violations)

Daily housekeeping is not included; additional linens/towels can be supplied for a surcharge

25% deposit due at booking, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
