The Space:

This is the beginning of your trip. Step inside this hidden treasure, which is brimming with extras that will turn your vacation into a ideal 10. This handsome condo has been completely redesigned with you in mind, and it has a plethora of updates as well as designer touches. Unwind, lie back, and get comfortable by the fireplace on the "L"-shaped couch that converts to a queen size bed and simply take in the view or be entertained on the 50" 4K intelligent Samsung or LG TV that is located in both the living room and the bedroom. After a fun-filled day of adventuring in the sun, this vacation rental is the ideal place to relax. The bedroom as well as the living room area are both outfitted with phenomenal high-end LED lighting elements, to complement the space.



A dedicated workspace that is well-lit, equipped with USB and HDMI plugs, and can be connected to the TV. The living area and bedroom of the suite also have unique ornamental wall art.



The fresh kitchen has been newly modernized and now features brand-new cabinets, a white quartz countertop and an induction cooktop. In addition, there is a microwave and refrigerator with stainless steel finishes. Equipped with all of the necessary equipment for cooking, it is an enchanting choice for preparing a delectable lunch before going to the beach to have a good time.



The suite has one bedroom and one bathroom, and it is located on the tenth floor. Feel rejuvenated after a restful nighttime's sleep in the opulent king-size bed with a pillowtop bed and a view of the vast ocean. A private balcony is the ideal place to watch the sunrise with your significant other while sipping coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The max. occupancy is four guests.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, stores, and eateries.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or eateries.

Other Things to Note:

All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not supplied by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.



❃NON-SMOKING ❃

BoardWalk is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.



Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

❃POOL BANDS❃

To ensure you have full access to the pool area, pool bands are included for your stay. We kindly ask that you return all pool bands to the unit at checkout. In the event a band is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee per band will apply.



❃NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE UNIT❃

Violating this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250, with additional cleaning costs potentially applying. If you'd like to bring your dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grandiose are pet-friendly (restrictions apply). Please contact us directly for more information and availability. Emotional support animals are not allowed. If you're bringing a service animal, please notify us at the time of booking or before check-in.



❃ROUTINE PEST CONTROL❃



As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a pleasant and pest-complimentary environment, we have scheduled regular pest control treatments for our property. Floors 6 to 14: Pest control will take place on the first Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.



Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.



Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
