The ocean view from the dining room, living room, and bedroom on the second floor are just beautiful! Wake up in our comfortable King Bed and walk out onto the deck to appreciate the morning air.

The first floor living room has a couch and recliner to relax and watch your favorite shows or you can walk out onto the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze while admiring the pretty ocean view. There are two bathrooms on this floor to accommodate everybody.

If you prefer, you can relax under the home in the outdoor living room and keep your beverages cold in our outdoor refrigerator. Need to wash some some glasses or rinse off some fruit, just use the outdoor sink! Perhaps sit under there after dinner and watch some TV and just relax on the couch or play some putt putt.

***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week and $550 per week for a Limo Golf Cart. This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. ***  OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES AND WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.

**Richeson Properties charges a third event fee if you book through Vacation Rental By Owner and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
