Free Standard golf cart is included with your rental.

 OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES AND WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.

Animals are Permitted if approved by the Owner beforehand. The dog must be 25 pounds or less and cannot be breeds prohibited by Ocean Lakes. A non-returnable $200 animal cleaning fee will apply. We do NOT Accept Cats!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These costs are separate from ours and are charged by and paid to, Ocean Lakes. **Richeson Properties charges a third event fee if you book through Vacation Rental By Owner and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
