With this being an end unit it has the sizable window in bedroom and the cut out end balcony.. even a Jacuzzi in bathroom with tv. This super unique condo has a floor to ceiling glass wall, constructed in rock tile electric fireplace with 60" tv, shiplap on walls, sleeper couch,extended kitchen with all new stainless appliances ,dishwasher,plush king bed, high top chairs, everything brand new



Sand dunes is one of the only true resorts in area with multiple eateries onsite(pizza, breakfast, dinner, ice cream and more, river city cafe burgers and more Northshore oceanfront bar and grille), arcade, pool bar, gym and outdoor calming area. There is even a convivence store onsite which is rare for oceanfront resorts. You really do not have to leave the resort as everything is right there. There are also tons of eateries within 1 mile

1) Must be clean and respectful and treat it as your own home.

4).Parking Passes are included which is complimentary. . Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are entirely made also), =) a starter kit including, roll of toilet tissue, paper towels, Kleenex, coffee starter kit etc. As we all know ,private units do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most units on here as most only offer 4 sets

5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No home events.
