Welcome to this gorgeously remodeled townhouse in the heart of Hurl Rock Village! Thoughtfully refreshed throughout, this cavernous multi-level townhome offers a fresh, modern feel while providing plenty of room for families and groups to relax. The layout features one bedroom on the main level and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Please note that this is a multi-level townhouse, and stairs are required to access the upper floor and entirely appreciate the property.



The Space:

Our townhouse is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is ideal for a couple or modest family beach getaway.



Roughly a 4-min. walk to the beach and within walking distance of Walmart, eateries, stores, mini golf, basketball courts, and other close by amenities.



Parking: 2 cars max. Parking passes supplied. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, bicycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: ***Stairs are present within the townhouse. 1 bedroom is on the bottom level*** Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Living Area: Plenty of seating. TV.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed.



Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms.



Other: Beach cart with chairs, umbrella, and bodyboards.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Laundry: Private in-unit machines.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the townhouse to themselves (other than private owner closet).



The Neighborhood:

About 5 mins. from MYR airport.



Getting Around:

2 parking spots are available for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking tons, grounds, etc.

Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens monthly at this townhouse via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



NO FAMILY PETS. Max guest count is 6.



PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
