The Space:

This comfortable and well appointed Oceanfront Suite offers a King-size bed in a private bedroom that is both soft and cozy, so you can get a good nighttime's sleep, or catch up on your Netflix with the the 50-inch intelligent TV. From your own Juliet balcony on the 3rd floor you'll appreciate unmatched vistas of the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean, or gaze up at the stars at nighttime. Take advantage of the community's vast array of available amenities to create memorable memories with your appreciated one. The area is an handsome location to savor the 14th Avenue Pier and Boardwalk, both of which are right outside your door. Don't feel like venturing out of your room to eat? You don't need to worry about preparing a delectable dinner because you already possess the essential cookware, plates, silverware, and silverware. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher and a toaster. Start your day off right with a steaming mug of coffee brewed in your in-room Keurig or by strolling just across the street to Starbucks.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, gym as well as indoor pool and hot tub.

*In the off-season, homeowner associations and owners have the opportunity to perform property maintenance and renovations, which may affect resort amenities, pools, and possibly result in unanticipated construction noise. We will make every effort to ensure that all our listings are up to date. However, in the event that any amenities are closed or construction noises are heard, there will be no refunds issued.

Conveniently located oceanfront resort is located on the beach, adjacent to Pier 14, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, stores, and eateries.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or eateries.

Other things to note

All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.



❃NON-SMOKING ❃

Yachtsman is a smoke-complimentary / tobacco-complimentary Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.



Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.



❃NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ❃ Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.



❃POOL BANDS❃ To ensure you have full access to the pool area, pool bands are supplied for your stay. We kindly ask that you return all pool bands to the unit at checkout. In the event a band is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee per band will apply.



❃FAMILY PETS are NOT allowed in this unit.



Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.



Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
