The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Private driveway. No street parking allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed on-site.



Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad. THERE ARE OUTDOOR CAMERAS ON PROPERTY.



Living Area: Roomy couch & additional seating! Ideal for the whole family. Couch bed.



Kitchen: Totally supplied! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Bedroom 1 - King bed.



Bedroom 2 - Queen bed.



Bedroom 3 - King bed.



Bedroom 4 - Two single beds.



Bathrooms - 3 full bathrooms.



Washer & Dryer - Private machines!



Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!



Beach: Short walk to close by beach access.



Conveniences: Beach wagon, chairs, and sand toys, etc. are available in the storage unit.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied, but the guest will be responsible for anything not supplied or any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire home for themselves. Except private locked owners closets.

The complex is located in the relaxing Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a ideal, peaceful family vacation.

Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 13 miles

Alligator Adventure is about 5 miles

Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 2.5 miles

Barefoot Landing is about 4.5 miles

Duplin Winery is about 4.5 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have private driveway and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: close by grounds, sidewalks, etc.



Motorcycles and Trailers are not Permitted on-site.



Golf carts are allowed- but MUST BE GAS.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
