Compass Cove Resort is a smoke-complimentary property. Smoking and vaping are stringently prohibited anywhere on the property, in units, and on balconies.



Please be aware that this condo is privately owned and not a hotel room. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no full-time on-site presence available around the clock.





IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.



AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite eateries (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), waterslide, laundry facility, kids' slide area, or exercise center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.



PET POLICY: Family Animals are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.

Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.
