3rd floor (must climb stairs) Pretty condo at Fairways River Oaks. constructed around the River Oaks Golf Club grounds, just off international drive, 15 minuets drive from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

The Space:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Cozy condo. 1 king bed, 4 Twin beds. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
Sheets and linens included. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Family Animals are not allowed.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands and parking tag are hanging in the hallway) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your car.

River Oaks is located by the River Oaks golf club, including outdoor pool. experience all the fun and excitement of Myrtle Beach, the most fashionable Grandiose Strand attractions and Destinations like Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Myrtle Waves Water Park are all only a short drive away, and guests are mere mins. from the handsome sandy shores of the Myrtle Beach shoreline. In addition to the countless attractions close by, marvelous shopping venues like Tanger Outlets and Coastal Grand Mall and hundreds of area eateries are located close by River Oaks.
