During these times, the Magnolia Lake Drive and Magnolia Pointe Lane entrances will be roped off, and security guards will be stationed at the Luster Leaf Circle entrance.

Car Restrictions:
Trailers and recreational cars—including campers, motor homes, buses, jet skis, boats, motorbikes, mopeds, scooters, Slingshot-style cars, and commercial cars—are not allowed to be parked or stored on the property. These cars may only be driven directly into a garage and must remain completely enclosed with the garage door closed. Please note that fines may be issued for any violations.



ELEVATOR UPDATE
Please note that elevator modernization began on April 20 and is expected to take a minimum of 4 weeks. During this time, there may be limited or no elevator access. We enjoy your understanding as these improvements are finished.
