End unit. Ideal for a family or golfers. King bed (master), 2 twin beds (guest), and a pull out couch. Flat Screen TV available. WiFi included. Great Balcony on the SECOND floor to relax on that overlooks the pool.

Close access to many gold courses and other Myrtle Beach amenities. We are just off of Hwy 17. Broadway on the Beach is 3 mins. away by car. 1 mile from the Beach for families looking to take a day trip with public parking in tons or on the Main Street.

This is a NO SMOKING Condo.

Modest Dogs under 25 lbs are allowed with prior notice and with an additional pet fee. Not informing us of bringing a pet may forfeit your deposit.

Use of the pool requires Key Fob AND wristbands for entry. Loss of the Key fob will result in a $150 replacement fee (this is what the condo charges us).

ANY DAMAGE TO THE CONDO WILL BE ASSESSED AND DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT.

WINTER RENTALS: We entertain medium-term units December thru March, with an option to stay through April. Most guests book for 91+ days to avoid Short-Term (Myrtle Beach) Taxes and typically rent end of Dec through March/beginning of April. We will entertain and are happy to discuss 60-day units (Jan-Feb). We do NOT rent for under 60-days in the winter.

OWNERS:
Mike & Aaron (Co-Hosts) are friends from Pittsburgh who adore golfing and bought in Myrtle over 10-years ago. You are renting from individuals, not a faceless management company. We pride ourselves in being flexible and providing the best space we can in hopes of earning repeat units.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have no interest in keeping your money without delivering a service! If you need to cancel last min., we will do our best to (1) move your booking to a time that works for both of us; or (2) try to fill your original reservation and return your money to you. We try to be as flexible as possible, balancing the fact that last min. cancellations leave us no chance to book with someone else. We recommend/require buying trip insurance if you are concerned about cancelling.
