The second floor includes:
* King Master bedroom with coral decor, tv, ceiling fan, usb ports and access to the top deck with ocean view. Master bath has a walk-in shower.
* Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, tv, ceiling fan,usb ports on nightstand.
* The area between these two bedrooms features a Double/Twin bunk bed, tv, and access to the deck
* Hall bath has a tub/shower combo
* WIFI and Cable are included

The first-floor deck has a dining table, and chairs with ocean vistas
The top deck has chairs, and ocean vistas

Under the home is a picnic table, gas grille, and swing

Hot/Cold outdoor shower for washing off sand before entering the home

Primary guest must be age 30+ to rent and be present for entire stay
Smoking/vaping in home - OUTDOORS ONLY
Must be 25+ with valid driver’s license to operate the optional golf cart (Guest responsible for Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage and any applicable fines)

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.
