1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, Very cavernous condo. 1 Queen bed and pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens included.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Family Animals are not allowed
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.
* No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary. 1 parking tag is included (there is $20 fee for missing or damaged tag)
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises

This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, pretty landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.
