There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, Keurig and all cooking supplies. Living room has full couch, recliner, pull out sleeper. Free Spectrum cable on Intelligent TV in Living area.
Bedroom #1 has King Bed and cable/intelligent TV

House can accommodate up to 8 with pull out sleeper couch

All cars are required to have a parking pass. These are purchased directly through Ocean Lakes. By completing Express Check in with Ocean Lakes more than 14 days in advance of your arrival, you receive a 3.00 per day discount of $12.00/day. Otherwise, passes are $15.00 per day. Subject to change at any time by Ocean Lakes.
