Welcome to your simple, anxiety-complimentary Myrtle Beach stay.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground-floor condo at MyrtleWoods offers comfort, convenience, and a private porch to relax after a beach day. No stairs, no hassle — just walk in and relax.

Family Animals are allowed with pet fee.



The Space:

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very comfortable condo. Bedrooms are with 1 King bed and 2 twin beds and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.

Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied) . Dining area open to living room.

Sheets and linens included.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any family pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*6 Pool wristbands and pool fob are counted after each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.



Interaction with Guests:

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.
