We invite you into the chic, sophisticated and modern condo that is 908 Margate. The refined and striking décor of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo offers an impressive getaway after an amazing day exploring all Kingston has to offer! The living room is elegant yet comfortable with plenty of seating including a pullout couch, loveseat and a couple of cozy chairs. This enchanting room also features an eye-catching faux fireplace and has access to the balcony where you will find vistas of both the Atlantic Ocean and Kingston Plantation. The dining room is sharp with its modern crystal chandelier and cool gray tones, there is seating for six at the table and 2 at the bar. These modern touches are continued in the massive chef’s kitchen which contains tons of cookware and all new stainless steel appliances. You will find everything you’ll need to make fantastic meals here!! Off the back of the kitchen you will find a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Heading back into the main area of the condo you will find a generous sized master bedroom with a king sized bed, access to the balcony and a cavernous ensuite. The ensuite is humongous, it has a huge soaker tub, double vanity and separate shower. The first guest bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a enormous walk-in closet and a private balcony. The guest bathroom is rather roomy and has a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The cozy and serene 2nd guest bedroom is located near the entry and has queen bed, handsome ensuite and access to the balcony.
