* Rental Agreement: To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-returnable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and means no huge security deposit is required.
* Amenity Access: Please note that the on-site gym is for owner use only and is not accessible to guests.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toiletries (like soap and shampoo) and paper products. For longer stays, you will need to purchase additional supplies.
* Beach Gear: Please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs for your time on the sand.
* Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs: Per Resort Policy there are no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RVs allowed on the resort property
