The House is located in the family aligned resort park of Ocean Lakes, 10 MPH speed limit throughout the park with patrolling security guards.
Parking under the home for three cars.

Resort Fee- Ocean Lakes charges $15./day/car for entering the park, which is paid directly to them and not supplied in your Vacation Rental By Owner payment. After the booking is confirmed, please contact the Ocean Lakes office, 843-238-5636, to obtain passes before arrival.
