This home offers 2 King rooms, 1 Queen room, 2 modest loft rooms with twin beds and a loft overlooking the ocean with a full over a full bunkbed. This home has plenty of parking and offers great vistas of not only the Ocean but the waterpark as well. You are within walking distance to the pools and the recreation building.

This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week and $550 per week for an additional Limo golf cart; This fee is not supplied in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. *** OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.

Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Extensive Swimming Pool, water park including Lazy River, kids's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These costs are separate from our costs and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. **Richeson Properties charges a third event fee if you book through Vacation Rental By Owner and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
