* Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions, including your unique keyless entry code, will be sent to you via the messaging platform 30 mins. prior to your scheduled check-in time on your arrival day.

* Parking: Please be aware there is ONLY ONE parking space available for the condo. Unregistered cars are subject to towing at the owner`s expense.

* Specialty Vehicles: Please be aware that, per Grande Cayman Resort policy, motorbikes and trailers are stringently not allowed on the premises.

* Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be finished within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-returnable $35 damage protection fee that covers accidental damages up to $1,000, eliminating the need for a sizable security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on balconies and $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest if there is evidence of smoking in the room.
• Follow all resort and HOA rules during your stay
• Please treat the condo with care and respect
• Dishes that are used must be cleaned and put away to avoid additional charges.
