This is a true 1 bedroom unit, you do NOT enter through the bedroom like many, instead there is a dedicated entrance therefore entry and exit is done without going through a bedroom. This is a giant plus compared to the normal enter through the bedroom layout. Al new LED lighting throughout, new floor and new stainless appliances will assist in making your stay as delightful as possible. The resort has multiple pools to choose from, both indoor and outdoor, a lazy river, 3 hot tubs (1 outdoor and 2 indoor) and a kids pool. The resort grounds are immaculate with luscious landscaping throughout. Covered indoor parking with elevator access to the parking garage means your car will be out of the elements and no matter the weather you will be comfortable going in and out of the condo from the parking garage.

You will have access to one parking spot during your stay at no additional charge. This is a non- smoking resort.

You will not have access to the bowling alley, exercise room or kid zone.

The unit rental includes ONE parking spot in the parking garage. Metered spots owned by the city are on 11th street adjacent to the resort that you can use subject to availability and for a charge.
