The Resort will also require a major credit card and photo ID matching reservation name for security reasons and you must be 21 years of age to check in.

Please note: This listing is a timeshare in a Resort. You will need to send me a photo copy of a valid Government photo ID, valid cellphone number and valid e-mail address. I will share this with the Westgate check in lobby for your seamless check in experience. No timeshare presentation is required! Just say no to the presentation offer.

Although I don't collect a pet fee, the Resort does. This is their policy:

Up to 2 dogs are allowed per unit and the combined weight of both family pets must not exceed 60 pounds. A mandatory, non-returnable cleaning fee of $150 will be charged upon check-in for dogs reported to Front Desk as well as a returnable pet deposit of $150.00, which is returned if there is no damage to the unit. Guests are entirely responsible for their pet’s actions and any damages that may occur.
