Savor the elegant palms and ocean vistas from the balcony of this handsome studio getaway! Sit out on the balcony, look over the striking beach, and let the sound of the waves wash over you. With simple beach access, take a walk on the sand and dip your toes in the water. Appreciate the community pool, lazy river, and hot tub!

Striking studio getaway! Sit out on the balcony, look over the beautiful beach, and let the sound of the waves wash over you. This condo features a King Bed with a memory foam bed and a sleeper couch with a memory foam bed. Bring your favorite foods and prepare your favorite dishes with the stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Bring your favorite k-cups to use with the Keurig. When you're ready to chill for the evening, you can sign into your own Netflix, Disney+, or Prime accounts on the T.V.. For those book lovers, please savor the reading nook or the balcony while looking over the ocean.

You have full access to the condo. In addition, you also have access to the incredible pools, lazy river, and hot tubs on the main level as well as the indoor pool and hot tub on the 7th floor. You'll also find a great sundeck on the 7th floor to relax and enjoy the sights of the ocean. Downstairs, you'll find a laundry center (pay by the load), game room, and exercise center. Outside near the beach access, you'll find picnic tables to enjoy.

The connected parking garage and the parking garage across the street accepts 1 car for the duration of your stay. Please keep the parking tag on your car at all times. The parking garages are modest and tight to turn around so I recommend bringing a smaller car. No golf carts, trailers, additional cars, motorbikes, etc.

Pest control is done monthly by the HOA. I apologize for the inconvenience but we must allow them access when they come to the door even during a guest stay.
