The space
Welcome to Coastal Fairways, a 2nd floor END condominium unit in the ideal Myrtle Beach location. It overlooks Myrtlewood Golf Course and is less than 2 miles from the beach. It is 5 mins. from Broadway at the Beach, a trendy shopping center and entertainment complex, as well as tons of eateries and attractions. A Food Lion grocery store and a CVS are under 4 mins. away. The complex features multiple swimming pools*, each with a constructed-in grille area for outdoor cooking. (*The pools are currently closed for the season from October through spring.)

There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have new memory foam beds. There is also a pull-out sleeper couch with a queen bed. There are Roku TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms with cable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want to prepare meals, and there is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a huge outdoor deck where you can relax after a day on the course or on the beach.

1) Magnolia Place does not allow motorbikes or trailers in the parking lot.
2) Stairs are required to get to the unit. There is no elevator.
